Working Like a Robot
Work is an integral part of one's life. It actually constitutes about a third of our day-to-day activities. This is the social norm. People work to earn and perhaps fulfill social obligations in a macrocosmic perspective. However, personally, there exists a variety of reasons why people work. These reasons become constant motivation to attain a good work morale that keeps one working at an extreme intensity and frequency. Thus, there exists in this world, people working like as if they are robots or workaholics. I can say I am one of them, and this will be the focus of this blogpost. Workload is relative . The level of difficulty and complexity of tasks varies from person to another. And through time, the perception of workload also changes in an individual.
